iGPSPORT South Africa — Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
iGPSPORT South Africa is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a clear Refund & Returns Policy for products purchased through official iGPSPORT South Africa outlets or authorised sellers. This policy complements statutory rights and the global iGPSPORT after-sales support framework set by iGPSPORT.
2. Returns & Change of Mind
2.1 Return Period
Customers have 15 days from the date of receiving their product to request a return for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria below.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories and proof of purchase must be included.
• Returns due to a change of mind do not apply to used items, personalised products, or items damaged after delivery.
2.3 Return Request Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact iGPSPORT South Africa’s support team or the authorised retailer from whom the product was purchased. The support team will issue instructions on where and how to send the item. Shipping costs related to returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Approval
Once the returned product is received and inspected, iGPSPORT South Africa will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
3.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that bank or payment processors may take additional time to post the refund.
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not appeared after approval, customers should first check with their bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary. If the refund is still missing, contact iGPSPORT South Africa support for assistance.
4. Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange a product (for example, for a different model or size) should first arrange a return as described above. Exchanges may be subject to product availability. If stock is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Defective Products & Warranty Claims
5.1 Defects & Warranty
Products that are defective or not functioning as intended may be returned under warranty outside the standard return period, in line with iGPSPORT’s after-sales service and legal consumer guarantee requirements applicable in South Africa. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect to process such claims.
5.2 Warranty Coverage
Warranty claims are processed according to iGPSPORT’s official warranty protocols and statutory rights. Defective units discovered within the warranty period may be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or unauthorised repair.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are typically not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
• Used or damaged products
• Personalised/customised items
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
• Items marked as final sale
Other items may be deemed non-returnable in accordance with specific seller policies or local statutory exclusions.
